Data Deletion

Instructions for deleting your account, submitted source code, and related scan, migration, and verification data

Need your data deleted?

Email admin@quanteraai.io with the subject Data Deletion Request. Do not send us your GitHub password or access token.

1. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your QuanteraAI account and the data associated with it at any time.

  1. Email admin@quanteraai.io.
  2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  3. Provide the name, email address, or workspace name reasonably necessary for us to identify your account.
  4. State that you want your account and associated data deleted.
For your security, never send us your GitHub password, OAuth access token, or other authentication secret.

2. What We Will Delete

After we verify and process a valid request, we will delete or de-identify applicable information from active QuanteraAI systems, which may include:

  • account and workspace information;
  • source code you submitted, whether by direct upload or through a connected GitHub repository;
  • cryptographic findings, migration diffs, and verification records generated from that code;
  • stored GitHub App connection credentials; and
  • other personal information that is no longer required to provide the service or satisfy a lawful retention obligation.

3. Content in Open Pull Requests

Deleting your QuanteraAI account does not automatically close or remove draft pull requests already opened on your GitHub repositories. Those must be closed or deleted directly in GitHub, or you can ask us to do so as part of your deletion request while your GitHub connection is still active.

4. Disconnecting QuanteraAI from GitHub

You may revoke QuanteraAI's access at any time using the settings provided by GitHub. Revoking access prevents future API access but does not, by itself, delete information QuanteraAI previously stored. If you want previously stored data deleted as well, follow the deletion-request instructions above.

5. Verification and Processing

We may request limited additional information to verify that the requester is the account holder or an authorized representative. Once a valid request has been verified, QuanteraAI will initiate deletion promptly. Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten or expire in accordance with our normal retention processes.

6. Confirmation

Where reasonably practicable, we will confirm completion of the deletion request using the contact information associated with the request.
