Instructions for deleting information associated with QuanteraAI Publisher, including information received through a connected Facebook or Instagram account

Need your Meta-connected data deleted?

Email admin@quanteraai.io with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Do not send us your Facebook or Instagram password or access token.

1. How to Request Deletion

If you used Facebook or Instagram to connect to QuanteraAI Publisher, you may request deletion of data associated with that connection.

  1. Email admin@quanteraai.io.
  2. Use the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.
  3. Provide the name, username, or email address reasonably necessary for us to identify the Quantera AI account or connected Facebook/Instagram account involved.
  4. State that you want data associated with your Meta-connected account deleted.
For your security, never send us your Facebook password, Instagram password, OAuth access token, app secret, or other authentication secret.

2. What We Will Delete

After we verify and process a valid request, we will delete or de-identify applicable information associated with the Meta connection from active Quantera AI systems, which may include:

  • Facebook or Instagram account identifiers and profile metadata received through authorized APIs;
  • stored OAuth access credentials or tokens associated with the connection;
  • connected Page or Instagram Professional Account identifiers;
  • Meta-derived media metadata and publishing records;
  • Meta-derived insights or engagement data, if such information was collected;
  • connection-specific settings and authorization records; and
  • other personal information received from Meta that is no longer required to provide the service or satisfy a lawful retention obligation.

3. Content You Created in QuanteraAI Publisher

Your deletion request may also cover drafts, scheduling records, campaign information, and other account content stored by Quantera AI if you ask us to delete your Quantera AI account or associated application data.

Deleting information from Quantera AI does not automatically remove content that has already been published to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or another third-party platform. Published content must also be managed through the applicable platform unless Quantera AI still has authorization and provides a feature capable of removing it.

4. Disconnecting Quantera AI from Meta

You may also revoke Quantera AI's access using the settings provided by Facebook or Instagram. Revoking access prevents future API access using the revoked authorization but may not, by itself, delete information that Quantera AI previously stored.

5. Verification and Processing

We may request limited additional information to verify that the requester is the account holder or an authorized representative. We use verification information only as reasonably necessary to protect users against unauthorized deletion requests.

Once a valid request has been verified, Quantera AI will initiate deletion promptly. Certain information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other legitimate legal obligations.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten or expire in accordance with our normal retention processes.

6. Confirmation

Where reasonably practicable, we will confirm completion of the deletion request using the contact information associated with the request.
