How QuanteraAI collects, uses, and protects information across our website and our post-quantum migration platform

QuanteraAI scans source code you submit to find quantum-vulnerable cryptography and generate supported migrations. We collect what's necessary to run that service and respond to your inquiries, we don't sell your data, and we're upfront on our Security page about which retention details are still being finalized ahead of general availability.
This Privacy Policy is issued by QuanteraAI LLC ("QuanteraAI," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to our website at quanteraai.io and to the QuanteraAI platform — the repository-scanning, migration, and verification service described on our Product page. It covers information we collect through website forms, through a connected GitHub account, and through source code and related data you submit for scanning.
Contact and demo-request information: When you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you provide — typically name, work email, company, job title, company size, industry, primary language or environment, approximate repository count, and any message you include.
Source code and repository data: When you use the platform, we receive the code you submit — either as a direct upload or through a GitHub App connection you authorize — along with associated metadata (file paths, commit references, language, repository size).
Scan, migration, and verification data: Cryptographic findings, generated migration diffs, and verification results (build, test, and rescan output) produced from your submitted code.
Account and workspace information: Login credentials, workspace membership, and role (as described in our Security page).
Technical and usage information: IP address, browser or device information, and basic website analytics used to operate and secure the service.

We do not sell your personal information or your source code, and we do not use your submitted code to train a generalized or publicly available AI model.
Repositories are cloned fresh at scan time — either from a local upload or a GitHub App connection — and static analysis runs against that copy. Verification (builds, tests, rescans) runs separately in an isolated, ephemeral sandbox. Full detail on this architecture, including which retention windows are still being finalized ahead of general availability, is published on our Security page and updated there as those details are locked in.
AI assists in classifying how a cryptographic key is used in your code — for example, distinguishing key establishment from a digital signature — but does not independently choose what a finding should be migrated to. That mapping comes from an explicit, policy-controlled recipe. See Security for the full boundary between AI-assisted context and policy-controlled decisions.
If you connect a GitHub account, QuanteraAI requests only the access needed to read the repositories you authorize and to open draft pull requests on migration branches it creates. QuanteraAI does not merge changes on its own. You may revoke this access at any time through your GitHub account settings; doing so stops future access but does not, by itself, delete data QuanteraAI already processed — see Section 9.

Traffic to and from QuanteraAI is encrypted with TLS. Stored credentials, including GitHub App tokens, are encrypted at rest. Verification runs execute in isolated, ephemeral, non-root sandboxes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, and meet legal obligations. Exact retention windows for cloned source code and scan artifacts are being finalized ahead of general availability and will be published on our Security page once locked in. You can request deletion of your account, submitted code, and related records at any time — see our Data Deletion page for instructions.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise a privacy right, contact admin@quanteraai.io. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Our website may use cookies or basic analytics tools to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and diagnose errors. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect site functionality.
QuanteraAI is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If information is processed outside the country in which you are located, we handle such transfers in accordance with applicable law and use appropriate safeguards where required.
Our website and platform integrate with third-party services, including GitHub and our hosting and form providers. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and QuanteraAI is not responsible for their independent practices.
