Terms governing the QuanteraAI website and the post-quantum migration engineering platform
Effective Date: September 2026 • Last Updated: September 2026
QuanteraAI scans source code you submit, finds quantum-vulnerable cryptography, and can generate supported post-quantum migrations for you to review. You retain merge control at all times — QuanteraAI never applies a change on its own — and you're responsible for reviewing what it produces before you rely on it.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and QuanteraAI LLC ("QuanteraAI," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the QuanteraAI website at quanteraai.io and the QuanteraAI platform (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization and that you have the right to submit any repository or code you provide.
QuanteraAI scans source code to discover cryptography, determine what it protects, generate supported post-quantum migrations, and verify the result. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
QuanteraAI is under active development. Some features described on our website — including automated code migration and post-migration verification for a given environment — may be partially available, in limited release, or still in development; we label these honestly on our Product page rather than implying they are complete.
You retain ownership of the code and materials you submit to the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content and to authorize QuanteraAI to process it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You grant QuanteraAI a limited, non-exclusive right to access, process, and analyze your submitted code solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
QuanteraAI uses AI to assist with classifying how cryptography is used in your code. AI-assisted classification and generated migrations may be incomplete or incorrect. Migration targets are determined by policy-controlled recipes, not by a model's free-form judgment, but generated code is still a proposal, not a guarantee.
QuanteraAI does not merge code changes on its own. Migrations are delivered as draft pull requests for your engineers to review, test, and merge (or reject) at their discretion.
You may not use the Services to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Connected GitHub access should be authorized using GitHub's own authentication methods; do not send QuanteraAI your GitHub password.
Our handling of personal information and source code is described in the QuanteraAI Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion of your data are available on our Data Deletion page.
The Services, including QuanteraAI's software, branding, designs, interfaces, and documentation, are owned by QuanteraAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit features of the Services, including features currently in development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or threatens the operation of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time and may disconnect your GitHub account. Data deletion requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. QuanteraAI does not warrant that any finding, migration, or verification result is complete, accurate, or sufficient to satisfy any legal, regulatory, or contractual cryptography requirement. QuanteraAI is not currently SOC 2 certified or otherwise independently certified; see our Security page for our actual compliance status.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuanteraAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services, including from a generated migration you chose to merge.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the Services or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
